Here’s Round 2 workout. All you need is a TRX! Check out the full circuit here:

  • TRX Single Leg Squats with Back Row: 12 Each Leg

  • TRX Atomic Push-Up: 12 Reps

  • TRX Scarecrow: 12 Reps

  • TRX Bulgarian Split Squats: 12 Each Leg

  • TRX Triceps Extension: 12 Reps

  • TRX Bicep Curl: 12 Reps

  • Repeat 4 times
